A few months back, Greg Isenberg posted about my bootstrapping journey.

Funny thing, the post went viral while my product was tanking.

People LOVED the story. Unfortunately, good stories aren't product-market fit.

The SaaS failed.

But building solo taught me an important lesson.

You can ship software insanely fast when you strip away the BS. No meetings. No approvals. No design reviews. No status updates.

Product Manager: 12 months to ship 1 feature. Solo SaaS Builder: Shipped products in weeks.

Turns out companies pay good money to ship software quickly.

Businesses started hiring me to jump start stalled projects. They needed someone who could go from zero to released. Fast.

SaaS revenue? Barely covered hosting. Shipping for others? Covers the mortgage.

The software is dead. The house is real.

Just ship fast and learn things.
