Success isn't about working more hours. Took quitting my job to learn this.
Success is about leverage.
Finding what's easy for you but valuable for others. Burned through my savings to learn this lesson.
My mentor (led a startup through an IPO) said it best, "People don't pay for hard work. They pay for value."
While building my SaaS, the best months barely matched my old salary. Most months didn't come close.
Twice the work. Half the pay.
Why? Because nobody starts caring because you quit your job.
My new full time job became convincing people to care about something they didn't want.
If people didn't care before, working harder won't change that.
Now I get it. Don't work harder.
Find something that's easy for you but magic to others.
That's a business.
